The Hague Institute of Innovating Justice (HiiL) is a social enterprise devoted to user-friendly justice, that is affordable, easy to access, and easy to understand. HiiL aims to ensure that  150 million people will be able to prevent or resolve their most pressing justice problems, by 2030. The organisation supports justice innovations to deliver basic justice care and runs various programmes across the world and in South Africa.
