While we have a strong track record of s resolving disputes through mediation, there are times when the other party won't engage or the issue is too serious to settle informally. In these cases, we'll submit a claim to our Litigations Claims team to assess whether it qualifies for legal representation. If the claim is approved, we'll appoint an attorney to represent you in court.

If the other party doesn't follow through on what was agreed, we'll address it with them directly. If that still doesn't resolve things, we'll have to consider whether or not taking formal is the best bet. If you qualify for legal representation, we'll appoint one of our panel attorneys to take the case further in court.
