Competition Rules

Rules & eligablity

The competition is open to all active LAW FOR ALL Gold, Gold PLUS, Platinum and Platinum PLUS policyholders who are 100% up to date with their policy premiums by 28 February 2026 with no arears or outstanding payments.

Excluded from participation are all LIPCO Group (Pty) Ltd (“LIPCO Group”) and LIPCO Business (Pty) Ltd (“LIPCO Business”) employees, directors, shareholders as well as their direct family members (i.e. parents, children, brothers and sisters).

Competition period:

The competition will run from 1 December 2025 until 28 February 2026.

Prize:

10 winners will each receive a cash prize of R5000.

Winner selection & announcement:

Winners will be randomly selected from eligible participants. The draw will take place at the end of March 2025.

Winners will be notified via the contact information available on their LAW FOR ALL policy profile (cell number / landline number / email address).

Claiming the prize:

Winners will be contacted with instructions on how to claim their prize. To claim the prize, winners must provide proof of banking details (in the client’s name at a recognised South African Bank) as well as a government-issued ID document.

Verification of eligibility:

LIPCO reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the selected winners. If a selected winner is found to be ineligible or fails to provide the necessary documentation within 10 days of being requested to do so, an alternative winner will be selected.

Publicity:

By entering the competition, participants might be requested to grant LIPCO the right to use their names and images for promotional purposes related to the competition without additional compensation.

Disqualification:

LIPCO reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate the terms and conditions or engage in any fraudulent or unethical behaviour.

Changes to the rules:

LIPCO reserves the right to amend or modify the competition rules at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants through the official channels.

Governing law:

This competition is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Western Cape High Court in the event of any dispute.
